The Drink Of The Devil?

"The legend began more than 100 years ago, when Don Melchor de Concha y Toro (try saying that after a few glasses of it!) founder of the winery, reserved for himself an exclusive batch of the best wines they produced. To keep strangers away from this special private reserve, he spread the rumor that the Devil lived in that place. Hence the name Casillero del Diablo - Cellar Of the Devil.

A very drinkable Cabernet Sauvignon and a few too many glasses of this and you'll have one hell of a hangover the next day :)

Hmmm, I shoulda been the brave person and been at your barbaque this evening, but my inherent "hermit syndrome" paranoia got the better of me, again.

I could kick myself, I really could, as I really don't have a problem interacting when I get started, it's just the thought of arriving to meet a bunch of people I've never met ever.

I can't believe it scares me, but it does - madness, I tell you.

I've moved from country to country, from place to place, started new jobs with people I don't know, shared houses with complete strangers, yet back out of an invite to a barbaque, due to some obscure fear of "not knowing anyone"

Heck, don't ask me, I don't understand it either.

Thanks for the invite, I wanted to be there, but I guess the old shy bug bit me something rotten, it's been an odd time moving country and starting a new job.

I'm not really that sure of myself right now.

Silly me.
